DarNell “DJ” McLeod was more than a student-athlete. He was a joyful spirit, a devoted son and brother. A beacon of hope for everyone who knew him. Even during his battle with childhood cancer, DJ inspired others with his unshakable faith and radiant positivity.
His mantra—“I don’t have bad days, just different types of good days”— continues to light the way for families navigating grief.
